With the widespread application of high-temperature resistant protective films and anti-static protective films, PE protective films have also developed rapidly. Especially, the various uses of PE protective films have greatly met the needs of users. However, no matter how good the functions are, if the quality of the PE protective film is poor, it is still useless. Therefore, when testing the quality of PE protective film, the following five issues still need to be noted:
1. The crystal point of PE protective film should be low. The fewer the crystal points, the higher the manufacturing level of the protective film is required, and the better the quality of the protective film will be.
2. The protective film has good weather resistance and stable adhesion. After several days or long-term application, the peel force does not increase significantly and is easy to remove. When removed, there is no residual glue left on the protected surface and no image is left.
3. The protective film has excellent adhesion to the protected material. During the material handling and processing, the protective film will not lift or fall off.
4. The adhesive for the protective film is inert and will not undergo a chemical reaction with the surface of the adhered material.
5. Tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation, etc. that meet the user's requirements.
